WBMB Alumni contribute to the station in significantly supportive ways.  Many staff members continue to host on-air shows even after graduating from Baruch.  Others visit the station on a regular basis to check up on the current staff offering advice and answering questions.  Since WBMB is more a family than a staff, the alumni always have a connection to the station as most of the programs and systems were created by the original WBMB members.  The most helpful contribution alumni make is through achieving jobs in the music entertainment industry, which allows the current staff to have models to follow.  Many of the alumni now write, produce and interview for major companies and labels all from the skills they had obtained from the station.

A new addition to on-air programming is the Baruch College Alumni Show, Alumni Corner hosted by Lizette Ortiz with support from the Career Development Center’s Heather Krasna at Baruch College.  Weekly, an alumnus participates in an interview dicussing everthing from career descriptions to dealing with an irate boss.  WBMB intends to continue its growing relationship with Baruch alumni as well as its growing number of WBMB alumni.
